THE TEXT BOX: How To Make One Text Box into 2 Text Boxes

Start by having your Text in Word open. I am using Lorem Ipsum as a sample for text.
Highlight (Select) the text in your Word File, and Control "C" (Copy)
The area below the headline is where your Text Box we be.
Press the "T" (Text Tool) down and drag a rectangle from just inside the border to about half way across the area and down below the border and let go. The Text Box fills with Lorem Ipsum.
Paste: Control "V" your text in that box. We will format the text here now.
Use the Selection Tool, keep the text box selected, and click the Font Name at the top of the page and type "Arial", and make the Font Size 12 point - for now.
To the right of the Font Size are the Paragraph Settings. Click on the word "Paragraph", and chose the 4th icon from the left: Justified with the last line aligned left. The text box should be now aligned on the left and the right side of the box. One more step in formatting . . .
Now use the "T" (Text) Tool and click at the end of each Paragraph and hit "Enter" ("Return" on a Mac). There should be a space after the end of each Paragraph. Remove whatever indents of the first sentence if you have them.

Below are samples of Professionally produced Cause Posters for various life-changing issues that effect our world today.
