Step-by-Step Rubric for the 5 PART SEQUENCE:

The 5-Part Sequence works to Reduce, Enlarge and Move Objects, Type and Images.

This is THE MOST IMPORTANT thing you will learn this year.

PART 1:     MOUSE. CLICK. HOLD. (on a corner of the item)

PART 2:     SHIFT (sometimes also ALT*). CLICK. HOLD.

PART 3:     MOVE. RESIZE: LARGER OR SMALLER*. CHANGE.

PART 4:     MOUSE. LET GO.

PART 5:     SHIFT. LET GO.

* WHEN TO USE SHIFT / ALT:

When you want to Duplicate an Object, and Image or Type:

PART 1:     MOUSE. CLICK. HOLD . . . on the Object, Type or Image. (In the middle of the item)

PART 2:     SHIFT / ALT. CLICK. HOLD

PART 3:     As you Move the Object, Type or Image, it will Duplicate it.
                    The Shift function keeps it in line when you move it.
                    The Alt Function Duplicates it.


PART 4:     MOUSE: LET GO.

PART 5:     SHIFT / ALT. LET GO
